Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. From 4pm to 9pm, unless we sell out sooner. Just walk on in and place an order for dining in or take out.
Currently, we try really hard to make dining in as quick as possible. Take-out is first-come, first-served, and sometimes it can take up to 90 minutes at peak hours.
On Tuesday, we offer pre-ordering (and Gluten-Free!) for takeout, but we’d probably let you open your pizza inside with a beer if you’d like.
OK, so! In the next month, we hope to be fully open for dine-in 4 days a week. We also intend to enable online ordering at a pace that doesn’t affect our ability to serve dine-in folks quickly. (So, maybe an online order every ten minutes?)
We’re about 8 weeks in, and we’re still working on figuring everything out!
